What is a Professional?

We consider all users in a collective name to be Professionals (with the exception of Transport Companies and Transport Organisers) regardless of their area of activity.

As a Professional user, you will be able to publish loads (for free) and make them accessible to the network of transport companies validated by our platform, in this way you will be contacted by companies interested in carrying out the transport.

What is a Transport Company?

We consider Transport Companies to be all users in a collective name who carry out their activity in the goods transport sector.

As a user, you will have access to all the features of the platform, namely:

– Search Cargo and its specificities

– Publication of empty trucks

– Load advertiser contact

– Drivers List

– Storage List

– Payment Guarantee Insurance for your invoices, valid for loads external to CargonetOnline

How can I register with CargonetOnline?

To register, you must access the Home menu and click on the “Login/Register” button on the left side of the screen, where you must fill in the information necessary for your free and non-binding registration.
You must fill in all the requested fields and at the end click on “Create Account”. A confirmation/authentication email will be sent to the email provided by you, where you will be asked to confirm the authenticity of your registration, simply clicking on the link in the body of the email.

Can CargonetOnline carry out a transport?

No, CargonetOnline is just a platform where professionals and transport companies can establish contact with each other in order to satisfy their transport needs. CargonetOnline is only the meeting point between the parties, it has no added value in the business that is carried out between the cargo advertiser and the transport company.

How to create a new registration for carriers?

Go to www.cargonetonline.com.
The registrations for Companies/Industries and for Carriers are made in the same place.
Click on the “Register” button in the blue area.
Insert your data referring to the e-mail, associate a password and a telephone/mobile phone with the country code.
Accept the “Termos e Condições” and “Política de Privacidade”.
Click on “Create Account” and wait for someone from the CargonetOnline Team to contact you, in order to validate the registration.

How many registrations can I make to my company?

There is no limit to the number of registrations per company, however all emails to be registered must belong to the same company domain (a rational use should be taken into account).

Can I publish loads?

You can publish loads if the Credit Insurance Company approves your company with at least 10K€ of plafond

Can I access the platform after registering?

Registration is free!

Access to the platform will remain pending validation by CargonetOnline, an analysis will be made via Iberinform and only reliable companies will be validated.

Registration validation will only be completed when the company sends the following documents in pdf format via email to geral@cargonetonline.com:

proof of valid license;
proof of CMR insurance or civil liability insurance for the carriage of goods on behalf of others.

How to receive notifications of new loads?

CargonetOnline allows you to automatically receive notifications about the arrival of new loads.

How to do it:

1 – Allow CargonetOnline to send notifications – when you log in you will be sent a notification asking if you want to receive notifications, you must answer yes. If this question has not appeared, you should click on the ‘padlock’ in the upper left corner (to the left of where you put the website address), and put allow in the notifications;

2 – Afterwards, you must keep the CargonetOnline website open without ever leaving your account – this time, you will receive notifications in the lower right corner whenever a new load is added;

How to enter an available vehicle?

Go to www.cargonetonline.com.
Click on the “Login” button.
Enter your access data in the “Login” field.
Click on the “Insert Available Vehicle” button.
Fill in the form, indicating if it is a regular transport or not.
When an ad appears, your truck has been successfully published.

How to manage your transports?

Go to www.cargonetonline.com.
Click on the “Login” button
Enter your access data in the “Login” field.
Click on the “My Transport” button.
Click on the button “Withdraw?” if you no longer have the truck available.
Click on “Edit” if you want to change any information.
Your transports will disappear from the list of available vehicles, if you have clicked on the “Remove?” button.

How to use the Drivers List?

Go to www.cargonetonline.com.
Click on the “Login” button.
Enter your access data in the “Login” field.
Click on the “Drivers List” button.
Filter the drivers you want to hire, according to your requirements and click on “Search”.
Click on “+info” to access more information.
Contact the driver directly through the data that will appear on the page

How to use the Storage List?

Go to www.cargonetonline.com.
Click on the “Login” button
Enter your access data in the “Login” field.
Click on the “Storage List” button, where you can search for armazéns disponíveis.
Filter the search by postal code.
All available warehouses will appear.
Click on the “+info” button to see the details of the company that published this warehouse.
Contact the company that published the warehouse directly.
You will have access to all available data.

How to view available loads?

Go to www.cargonetonline.com.
Click on the “Login” button
Enter your access data in the “Login” field.
Click on the “Search Cargo” button.
Click on the blue button “Filter Cargo”, where you can filter the available loads, according to your interest.
Click on “+info” so that you can view the load information.
Click on “View Contacts” so that you can view the contacts of the company that published the load.
Click on the “Report” button only if, after contacting the company, the loud has already been awarded.

How to manage your Storage List?

Go to www.cargonetonline.com.
Click on the “Login” button
Enter your access data in the “Login” field.
Click on “Insert Available Storage” if you have a warehouse that you want to make the service more profitable.
Fill in the form regarding the warehouse you have available.
Click on “Publish” and your warehouse will be available to all companies.
As soon as an advertisement appears, your warehouse has been successfully published.
Companies interested in renting your warehouse will contact you directly.
Return to the main menu by clicking on the blue button “Account:”
Click on “My Storage List”, where you can manage your published warehouses.
Click on the button “Withdraw?” if you no longer have the warehouse available.
Click on “Edit” if you want to change any information regarding your warehouse.
Your warehouses will disappear from the list if you have clicked on the “Remove?” button.

How to make a Payment Guarantee?

Go to www.cargonetonline.com.
Click on the “Login” button
Enter your access data in the “Login” field.
Clique no botão “Coface”.
Payment guarantees must be used when there is any mistrust on the part of carriers regarding the company that awarded them transport, either because they are a new customer, or for any other reason.
You can use this service for any company, even if it is not associated with CargonetOnline.
With this service you can guarantee the recovery of at least 90% of the invoice value, in case of insolvency or dissolution (among others) of the company in question.
You must read the conditions of service before proceeding.
Enter the VAT of the company on which you want to make the payment guarantee, enter the invoice amount and the country corresponding to that company.
Click on “Simulate Calculation” to find out the cost of making the payment guarantee.
Click on “Send Request” if you want to confirm your intention to do so.
You will receive the answer, in your e-mail, within 3 minutes.

How to recover an overdue invoice?

Go to www.cargonetonline.com.
Click on the “Login” button
Enter your access data in the “Login” field.
Click on the “Gestifatura” button.
Gestifatura is an online service where you can communicate all overdue invoices that are owed to you, in this service they will perform the entire collection management service with your clients.
By clicking on “Click Here For More Information” the Gestifatura team will contact you directly to explain all the operation, without any commitment.
After this contact, you must decide whether you want to continue with this service or not.
Most companies use this method in a pre-judicial way, to try to recover overdue invoices before involving lawsuits.
